Who is this course for?

If you're currently pregnant, recently postpartum, or raising a child(ren) (and you don't feel like you've regained full strength and control of your core and pelvic floor), then you can benefit from this course!

What does this course help you with?

This course helps you better understand your body! Pelvic floor, core muscles, low back, breathing, posture, daily activities, and exercise are all covered. This WILL help with pain, weakness, incontinence, and caring for your child.

When can you start the course?

The sooner the better! Yes, it is a postpartum course but if you're still pregnant, you can begin working on some breathing and posture techniques. Then you will be guided on how to safely move your body, lift and carry your child, and return to exercise.

How is this course different?

This course bridges the gap between labor & delivery and getting back to exercise. Led by a doctor of physical therapy trained specifically in Women's Health, you will learn how to understand your body & safely heal from labor. Generally, your physician checks up with you right after delivery and 6 weeks later. You get cleared to exercise, but then what? This course helps you understand what to do the first few weeks postpartum as well as guide you with specific exercises to incorporate for core, back, and pelvic floor health so that you return to exercise safely and prevent incontinence or future injury.

Dr. Jessica Warnecke is a physical therapist looking to make a difference in the world of postpartum recovery. She has over 9 years experience working with women as a personal trainer and 5 years working as a therapist. Over the past year, she has been focused specifically on bridging the gap in our healthcare system that allows moms recovering from childbirth to "be cleared" for activity but with no specific instructions for healing. She works one-on-one with clients in her private practice to teach them about their body, give them the tools specific to their needs to improve function, and help them achieve their physical goals. However, she understands that new moms have A LOT on their plates and most of them don't know what their body needs or can't find the time to give it what it wants. That is why she created this postpartum healing course. She brings her expertise working in the clinic to you at home so you can learn the tools to safely recover from birth and get back to the daily and exercise activities important in your life!

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and is available for you to go at your own pace! You can spend as much or little time on it each sitting, but it's designed to be short, sweet, and to the point so that you can get working towards your goals! For those who do it in 1-2 sittings, they estimate spending about 2 hours on it initially, then refer back to the exercise instructions (5-10 min at a time) as they workout. The workout progression itself takes 4-6 weeks depending on your starting status, your recovery, and how often you do the exercises.
How long do I have access to the course?
How about for life?! You get lifetime access to this course AND you'll get all the updated materials we may choose to add over the years to make it even better. Plus, you will have access across any and all devices you own!
